Your only limited by your imagination. You should see some of the bizarre shaped pieces we have cut out. I can't imagine what some of it is used for.

We've went from as thin as 12ga. all the way up to 1.5" thick so far to date!

So, if you can dream it up we can build it. Usually less than a week on custom stuff. We just throw it in with everything else we are already cutting and we are cutting everyday, 7 days a week. No long waits to get your parts from a third party. All the cutting, welding and machining is done in house with the exception of one piece in our entire inventory.

If you can supply a drawing in a .dxf format it can be even faster!

This is a brick and mortar facility. Not buying and reselling, but doing the fabrication in house.

Here's an example,

The following are listed in the suspension section on the website. Radiused to fit your axle tubes. Listed in 1/4" thick with a 1/2" hole for only $4.00 pair.

You want them out of 3/8".....$6.00 pair, whatever hole size you need.

what about something like this ...

custom washers ... 0.188 thick, 2" OD, 1.250" ID ... need 8

custom spacer ... 2.630" long, 0.563" ID, OD 1" to 2" ... OD doesnt really matter at all ... whatever you have that is scrap / cheap ... need 2

and jam nuts ... have any 1.25 X 12TPI jam nuts? ... need 8

and threaded tube inserts ... 1/2" fine threaded ID, 1.00" OD, 1.750" long ... straight cut, no shoulder. .... need at least 10

can you do any of that??

precision counts on the threaded inserts and the washers ... spacer is just for mockup, length and ID are critical, OD is worthless and not important.

Second and fourth on your list are no biggie.

First is doable, have to order some material that sell shorts. Be a little wait time for it.

Do the jamb nuts have to be hex, or would round with a flat work? Again have to order in material and a tap. Bit of a wait.

what would the price be on the 2 spacers and 10 inserts??

and what kind of lead time (doesnt have to be soon ... but by the end of the month would be nice) on the washers ... and after consideration, i need to change the dimensions a little ... 2.0 OD x 1.281 ID x 0.188 Thk ... ill need 8.

the jamb nuts would work best as hex ... and i can get washers in the 1.75" OD flavor ... i just think they will look ghetto on a 2"OD link :o How vain am i? lol.

im just trying to find the best prices on jamb nuts and washers really ... mcmaster has them for $2.xx each in grade 8 ... and im pretty sure that is the cheapest i will find .. so i wouldnt worry about the jamb nuts at all ...

i would like everything to look perfect and be how i want it ... but unfortunately money plays a roll ... so i can make due with jamb nuts and washers that will "work" ... but if its not expensive, would rather build everything how i really want it.

for now ... just forget about the jamb nuts ... i think the major OD (diagonal, point to point) will be close enough to 2" not to matter.

but the other three will be needed ... but not before the end of this month.

I just got my various tab order and I am impressed with the quality! The holes are actually drilled as opposed to ragged plasma cut like some of the others I have bought from other vendors! thanks a bunch for the quality and rapid shipping, looks like I have my work cut out for me, pun intended:)
