i've read varying info before about the torque multiplication of a torque convertor.
could anyone give definitive information or point me to some about the ratio of a torque convertor for a T350 ?? thanks...

The torque multiplication is around 1.85-2 to 1. I had a hard time finding this info and several calls to almost all the torque converter companies. What I did heard is Hydra-Matic is the only company that as a dyno to check the multiplication. Art Carr is suppose to have a Stator that is around 2.5 to 1 multiplaication and it is a billet brand new one. Some of the early 4L80E had a dual stator in them with a 3 to 1 multiplication in it but I here they made to much heat.
