Advance Adapters always quotes 4-8 weeks on 2-speed units and I understand they are caught up pretty good right now. Basically, they build them in batches so wherever you order it from it does not make a difference as they do not "expedite" orders, unless the military places an order.

That was even with one customer having a rig built at a very prominent shop that could have done the same price as me if they wanted to.

Ummm, 3-20 weeks. I don't think they are giving definites right now until they get the new gear-making machines in-house and set up. I would estimate right around two months at this point. Once they get the equipment ready they are supposed to get caught up completely and from there they should be able to control the process a little better to keep the time frames in check.
