Anyone planning to come, we are meeting behind the Smokehouse Inn on the Top of Monteagle between 8:30 and 9: am on Saturday, June 29, 2002.

We will be led by Dan Moses from www.tennesseeoffroad.com through the Stagecoach area trails.

Trails are not easy - I highly recommend at least one locker (or two limited slips), 33" mud tires, and a winch can be a necessity if it turns out to be wet.

Post here if you plan to show up, I will post better directions to the meeting place if anyone needs it... :)

I might make it up there. I cannot say for sure, but i would definitely like to ride Stagecoach, it has been a couple of years. i will let you know something later this week.

I can't make it, got a broken ankle. I have a hard enough time walking on crutches on flat pavement, let alone the slippier than snot rocks we have around here in the woods. Sucks to be me :-(

I wish I could come but I have family in town this weekend. I was planning on coming up Friday and riding some with Dan and checking out the rides that show up but now he won't be there until Sat. so that's out. I rode Stagecoach for the first time last weekend and it's a blast. You guys should get out to Cowan too if you have time. There's plenty of good stuff out there too. TOR actually used part of Stagecoach as part of the TSD course for the Skyjacker/TOR challenge. A guy took a Nissan Frontier crew cab through and broke a torsion bar. That's something I've never seen broken for sure!

Monteagle is 75 miles or so south of Nashville on I-24 if that helps.

Well while Sat. is open (have all weekends boked thru mid Sept.) I won't be making it. Stipped out the rear locker at the Southern Conv. and I don't want to take Stagecoach locked front and open rear. Besides Dei is still afraid of Stagecoach after watching Sam's roll.

Well DRM, 2 rigs is better than none!! I will be going no matter what. We will have fun with just Dan and I. Did you not have a rig offered to ya. What about the guy with the willis and cab truck?? I bet there will be more show that don't check the boards frequently. Dan may bring a couple with him. If you back out you are:rainbow: !!!!I was looking forward to meeting you.

I talked with Dan this morning, and if it is just you and him (me riding with him) showing up to ride, he wants to skip out and sleep in :p

I rode with Dan a few weeks back - in and out of Stagecoach in under an hour... he's not that scary to ride with at all :p

Going, going, GONE.... Looks like this leg is CANCELED due to lack of participation :(


Guess I'll spend Saturday rebuilding TR's 4Runner after the knucklehead got a little too much air and broke way too much junk :p
