I'm replacing rusted rear brakelines and since the i had to remove the fuel tank :shaking: I found that the fuel pump bracket lines are also toast so I need to replace that as well.
I went to the dealer here but the price is rediculous....$305.00!!! So I figured I check here to see if anyone has one for sale or if someone can point me in the direction of more reasonably priced parts supplier.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Looks like I'm doing the exact same thing that you had to do. I'm replacing my rear brake lines because they rusted away. In the process of dropping the gas tank I broke the main fuel line above the fuel pump:eek:. I think I'll have to replace the fuel pump seal, unless there's a better (cheaper) solution. The metal fuel line broke off about 4 inches above the pump seal.
Have you had any luck finding a cheaper solution than going to the dealer? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I'd try your local junk yard, or you could make your own with bulk brake line from someone such as napa, they sell all the good stuff to do it. If you still have four inches of decent fuel line couldnt you just use rubber fuel line and a couple hose clamps to solve your problem??? just my two cents

Unfortunately I didn't find any better deals so I just ordered from the dealer here. There are two different tanks they put in the 95 runner. The really stupid thing is they list the fuel pump bracket by the tire size that the truck had on it when it rolled off the assembly line.
Since I bought the truck used and the previous owner put on some aluminum rims and different tires I was clueless as to which one to order. The dealer where the truck was originally purchased new, even with the VIN code, couldn't tell me which one was correct.
I asked them to order both and I'll buy the correct one (and pay the restocking fee of the other) but the spare parts manager said he was sure it was the larger one.....but it wasn't :flipoff2:.
I just got the correct bracket yesterday ... the length from the inside of the top to the end of the bracket is 31.8 cm. The tank capacity difference is like 1.5 - 2 gallons (I forget but I'll post back with the info). The difference in bracket length is about 2cm.
Stateside the price from a CA Toy dealer was $220+ but you should be able get one from a dismantler....just make sure it's the length you need :p
Edit:
Okay here's the info....
From the back of the 4Runner owner's manual the tank sizes;
Vehicles with 215R15 100S tires - 65L (17.2gal., 14.3 Imp.gal.)
Vehicles with 265/70R15 110S tires - 71L (18.8 gal., 15.6 Imp.gal.)
On the door jam on the driver's side there is a sticker (from the dealer) with both sizes both on mine there was no mark as to which it was.
Part number for the 71L tank fuel pump bracket 23206-35290
The gasket is the same for both and the part number is 77169-14010
The 7 screws (also the same) part number 90159-50157 (x7 :p)
I measured my 65L tank and from the top to the inside bottom is 32.5 cm.
