95 rio 2.5l has a slow starter at first but then picks up and starts, i changed battery, both cables, both terminals, cleaned the grounds, had starter tested which autozone said was good but it was a free turning test, also had battery tested that was good also, and i also swapped the relays and it's not throwing any codes. anything else? thanks clint
