: TJ Half Doors onto CJ7

I know the YJ doors fit but do the TJ's half doors fit onto a CJ7?

They have different latches (the CJ uses latch posts and the TJ uses loops), and also the position of the latch on the TJ is about 1" lower than the position of the latch on the CJ.

If you fabricated new latch brackets that held TJ loops about an inch lower than the CJ posts, you could make it work.

Yes, use your welder. Then, after you spend weeks making it all work, you can slap yourself for not just getting a set of YJ doors.
