Yes. Just check the gearing is the same as your D30...

well i was going to put a F8.8 in but now i'm going to sell the jeep and it'll be easier to just bolt in a cheap d35 instead and sell the F8.8/brackets seperate. thats why i wanted to make sure it was a direct bolt-in cause if not i would just finish with the F8.8.
