first I used a 4 core downey radiator for a chevy conversion for a fj 40 land cruiser, perfect fit, hopefully youve gathered a drive train, then start fabing:smokin:

I don't know if this will help, but this is in my 63' 80......
I didn't do it myself, but it supposedly is a pretty good job...

I have a 265 out of a vette (55) that I was trying to trade for a 5.7, but was wondering if anyone here thought I'd be a DOLT to rebuild it and put it into my scout-80. I have an SM420 ready for it, and the t-18 adapter. Is this going to be a waste of money? Is the 265 worth rebuilding?
