Here are a few pics. Still have to finish a subframe for the unibody/suspension and fab up the spare tire carrier. I ran out of money so it's slow from here on out.

Yeah, I just took the heavy bastards off. It's amazing--1 door weighs 3 times as much as the entire roof.
It'll be a climber when it's done--probably be near 110" WB. Little longer than I would like but I think it'll work out.

that's bitchin man. Do you have any close ups of like how you got around the dash and perhaps the info you gave the guy doing teh bending of if you did the bending yourself? I was gonna make a 6 point internal cage (still have the roof) but don't give 2 shits if it gets in the way of stuff. Just want some ideas to make it faster.

Getting around the dash was easy. I took a sawzall and cut everything out that I could get the blade on. The only hard part was on the passenger side where the fuse block is. I had to unbolt it and then pushed it back inside the dash to make room for the cut. I really only cut maybe 3-4" of dash out of the way and I havn't even had a chance to consider how to cover up the whole and the wiring.
As for the bending, I took the jeep out to his shop, told him what I wanted, and then left it with him for a day. He actually cut the A pillars too short for what I had in mind, so what you see as the bent D pillar is actually our first attempt at the A pillar. I took the short one back out to him and had him change the angle ever so slightly and leave an extra 5 inches on the bottome to cut for size.
