since they have 7.5 inches of backspacing can you run them backwords to clear everything? talking about the 8 bolt bias ones with mag. runflats. if so how much bakspacing would you now have?

they're 9.75" wide so you'd have 2.25 of backspacing, cept i'm pretty sure they have 7" of backspacing, not 7.5 so you'd actually have 2.75". Don't know if it would work though, interesting question...

assuming they use tapered ("acorn") lugs it would not work.

They do use an acorn style nut.

ok so can you just use regular nuts if its on a trail only slow moving rock crawling rig? just wondering if anyone here has tried it. i will have to drill out my rims anyway because my studs are 5/8 not 9/16

hahahahah you know what .it does work but you will have sick back spacing we tried it last week and it works fine. the only draw back is that you have to pop the wheel off to check the outer ring bolts if they are tight once in awhile...

The holes are already larger than 5/8 by a little.
