Is anyone running a divorced Toyota transfer case
on their Zuk.

I am moving ahead with my dual cases and have a few question for someone with this setup.

Thank You

Hey Salto,

Long time no see!
I'm sure somebody here will have answers for you!
Oh, but they'll come with a lot of "newbie" abuse. That's just the nature of this BBS. Roll with it - there are some good heads here.

One of my buddies I believe is running it w/ a Toyota 4banger. Email me, and I'll try to get back with you with pics and the setup.

Do a search, you will have more info that you will know what to do with!

More then happy to try and help.. But I do recommed you check out the search as a good conversation or two has already taken place on this subject.

I have a divorced Toyota using the OTT adapter. the adapter is really beefy, and they will cut the flange for whatever you need.

Here are some pictures of it:

I'll have some mounting plates for it soon. I'll probably cut some extras as some friends are interested in them also.

If you can, I'd stay with a married setup as the dirvorced can take up a lot of space. (at least a foot more then married)

rotozuk:

Let me know when you complete the install.

I already have my dual toyota case adapter to
get a lower crawl ratio. This way I can swap
a 4.7 into the rear case. This combo with the divorced adapter will create a long 'train'.
I believe that the rear drive shaft will be 16
inches long and the input ds about 5 inches
long.

RudeZuk: I have searched the archives and there
is alot of talk but no fabricators out there. Lets get those thoughts into production where they can do some good !!!

Wander4x4: I am having the flange machined for the divorced case.

Nice hearing from everyone.
