anybody know of any online source of smaller diameter alternator pulley for like a chevy delco style alt.

Check the phone book for local alt/starter remanufactures, usually they will have a City Desk, that can help you with custom alt. needs.

I'll find some links if I can, of suppliers.....just gotta get my brain going <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
