I could take the lazy way and ask, or I could look it up myself... :grinpimp:

The truck is 200 miles away and the lady selling it doesn't know anything more than it's diesel and has a plow...

there were crewcabs f-150's and f-250's that were ttb, they were the centerion conversions.

Did they make snowfighter package F-250s, or any Camper Versions? High GVWR, particularly with the diesel, it could have a D60

Yea they did, it came with the awesome D50 TTB instead of the HD D44 TTB. A F250 from 1980-1997 will not have a Dana 60. Unless of course it was swapped in. If you want a D60 go with a 1986-1997 4x4 F350, Thats the only place you will find them stock.:flipoff2:

Yes they do :flipoff2:, but then again those were f-350's with the d60's under them.

Actually there was the 95-97 F250 HD reg cab longbox that had a solid D60 up front. There are three of them running around my town. More or less a rebadged F350 when you look at them, but they say F250HD on the side.

My dad's 97 is an hd 250 and it has the ttb 50 front. I dont believe ford ever offered the 60 in any f250 except the 78/79 camper specials/snow fighter equiped trucks but, I used to not believe in bigfoot either:homer:
