I guess because I am lazy and i am sure that someone here can answer these rather quickly......
On my swap to a 5.2 Liter (OBD1) here are the wires at the 3 connectors:
Plug #1
VSS- Do I need to hook this to anything on the Jeep? I do not have cruise and the speedo is driven from the Transfer case right?
Tach- I will splice this to the Jeep tach
Temp gauge- Again spliced to Jeep Gauge
AC Compressor- Will not be used
Diag connector- Are these even used? This is the one under the hood.
Sensor between Distributor and EGR valve. Screwed directly into manifold, is this the Cam position sensor? Where do I hook this to?
Plug #2
VSC Resume- Will not be used
Fused Ign (Start/Run)- I will splice into the ignition switch wiring right?
VSC Set- Will not be used
MIL- Spliced to Jeep Check Engine Light
Vehicle Speed Control Vent- Is this part of the cruise control?
Vehicle Speed Control Vacuum- Is this part of the cruise control?
VSC On- Will not be used
Two wires that go to the transmission- Reverse lights I assume
Plug #3
Up Shift Signal- Yeah right, I really want that damn light
A/C Compressor- Will not be used
Stop Lamp Signal- What the hell is this in the engine harness for?
Ground
Ground
A/C Compressor Realy Control- Will not be used
ASD Signal- Where will this go?
Injector Common- This splits into 8 and goes to all injectors. What do I hook it to?

If you can help me it would save me a bunch of time and I would really appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Moe, Its going to help people here answer your questions if you tell us what Jeep its going in to. For example, I know you talked about splicing into the Jeep guages. On my '99 TJ, it is a two wire data bus from the factory computer and I don't think you are going to splice directly into that guage. More info and I'm sure someone will help.
