How can you tell that these are D44's with D60 centers? :confused: I haven't seen enough D44/D60's side by side the see the differences (other than sheer size). Just trying to learn.:D :D Thanks, Bret

Look at the steering arms in the picture and go find a scout front 44 somewhere, they are the same:barf:

The knuckles, caliper bracket, rotor size, external 1/2 ton locking hub, ball joint non flat top knuckles all scream Scout II. So the guy took two rear D60's and put his scout outers on. No thanks.

He said they were both 30 spline. So it probably has Scout II stock rear 1.31" 30 spline rear shafts, and stock inners from the D44. So that is why i say Scout II 44's with D60 center sections

Looks as though he went to a LOT of work to weaken a 60.
