First of all this is my brothers and he is getting rid of it purely for another hobby. Sad day for me but oh well.
73-74 Jeep J-10 chassis, been shortened to 116" approximate wheelbase. Has plastic racing bucket seats inside
Engine: Chevy 350 four bolt main, totally rebuilt 0 miles for propane. 10.5 to 1 compression, New pistons, hardened valves in the heads, valve seats, guides (all for propane) small camshaft (like rv type). Chrome shorty headers. Engine runs on gas at the moment but is setup for propane.
Transmission: Chevy Turbo 400 heavy duty casing 32 spline, hardened sprag, built by a local tranny guru to take abuse.........now worries here haha
Transfer Cases: Chevy 203 range box to chevy 205 (32 spline) mated via Jed's machine Doubler, with upgraded BILLET mainshaft.
Axles: Chevy dana 60 and 14 bolt (1 tons)
Front Dana 60--------Everything is rebuilt (0 miles no usage) or brand new except for hubs, rotors, and calipers....................brand new 5.38s, full spool, Alloy brand outer 35 spline axleshafts with new 806-x spicer u-joints. Poly Performance 35 spline drive flanges, Koz offroad High steer arms.
Rear 14 bolt: all rebuilt or brand new except brakes and hubs (0 miles). Converted to disk brakes, 5.38 gears, Welded.
Steering: Not finished but have just about everything needed to finish........P.O.S Sean stapley recommended orbital for single ended tractor supply ram............ram is 2" bore 8" stroke brand new just like the orbital. Have a filter and cooler mounted for it
Suspension: 52" chevy leafs in front, shackle reversed, rear leafs unknown. NO shocks.
Rims: 5 (yes you get a spare)-- Hummer h-1 16.5 rims. Four have been recentered via copperhead fab thicker centers. ( unsure of backspacing).
Tires: 4 brand spanking new 42" Super Swamper Iroks
What it needs to be finished------Needs a little more crossmember work (have the tabs and bushings), driveshafts, all steering plumbed and actual linkage (orbital is mounted to wheel already), check brake system (all plumbed but unsure if working), rear mounted radiator with its own electric fan needs to be plumbed, exhaust work, Runs on gas at the moment but no fuel cell provided.......recommend propane!!!
With that said my brothers name is BRIAN and his number is 956-578-9038.
He lives in McAllen, Texas.
As for trades he may consider a boat (particularly for bass and catfishing). $5,000 obo...................
Thanks a bunch...........I will answer all questions to best of my knowledge here but only way to reach the owner (my brother) is by phone as he is in oil field with no access to computers.
