i have some lift coils, supposedly "black diamond" 5 inchers. does anyone have a nice condition stock spring sitting around to take some measurements? i searched all over the place but could not find the rate of the spring i have. i am looking to cut about 2" of lift out of them. specs-

no one happens to know the spring rate of these free peices of junk, do they?

I got a book out that has some equations to find the sping rate, but you happen to know the outside diameter as well as the solid length? I will just assume the solid length as the 13 coils times the diameter of the coil.

5 1/4" OD. well, 5 and 13/64's, but you get the deal.
