I need some opinions if you got any (and I am sure you will)

I am swapping the 4.0 in my TJ for a Hemi, and I am running into a little trouble with the exhaust. I want to run true dual exhaust, but Dont see any way that I have room to fit two mufflers under there. As awesome as just straight pipes would sound, I do want to stay legal, have the back pressure for performance, and keep it loud, but not obnoxiously loud. I dont know of any performance mufflers that come in a dual inlet dual outlet variety.

I am no exhaust expert by any means, so I truly dont know the difference, in regards to performance, between true duals, single pipe, single pipe with dual tips, or any other possible combination.

Then too, I also want it to sound sick as hell. So, being Dodge owners, drivers, and enthusiasts.... What would you recommend for the best sound.
Likewise, what would you recommend as the best decision for running the pipes (true duals, single pipe only, etc, etc)

Glasspack and cherrybomb exhausts would probably fit, and they are legal.:D

I ran some American Racing Headers and a Corsa exhaust on a 07 SRT8 Charger , it was obnoxiously loud . We re-installed the factory rear cans made it sound much better , still loud . The headers were a VERY tight fit work in close to the engine ..

One of the big exhaust outfits sells a muffler that is 2 in 2 out with an "X" inside. It is a cross-over/muffler in one. Looks to be a good idea, and it would be easy to package with 2 pipes on one side.

I run a magnaflow on my 98 5.9. It has no cat, just the muffler. It sounds mean as hell. I really like it. There is a bit of a drone about 2200 rpm. Here is one with dual 2.25 in/out. Should be a pretty decent size for a dual exhaust for a hemi.
I run 3 inch in dual 2.25. I like it.

Thanks for everybody's help so far. That magnaflow muffler looked like a pretty good option. I just wish I could hear some systems with it installed. I went to youtube and just searched for hemi exhaust clips and found a few nice clips.

This clip is from inside a Wrangler with a Hemi motor. I have no idea what kind of system it has set up, but it sounds pretty nice too.

I really like this one, of a hemi with an AT 3030 muffler.

I tried looking up the cherry bomb mufflers on there, but it was pretty much hit or miss. Some sounded sick, and others sounded diseased. So The jury is still out on that one.

I dont know, half the videos are distorted just from wind noise as the exhaust blows over the camera.

So yeah, I still dont know what I want to do, I will just have to wait and see the rest of the opinions are that I get on here.

If ya want, i can get you a sound clip of my truck. Keep in mind it is a 360, and is missing a cat. LMK
