Picked up a Rodeo from a guy the was moving and 'had' to sell it, got it for a decent price and may either use it as a daily driver of give it to my daughter as here first ride.

BUT...somethings frigged up with the wiring, won't charge and the blower motor don't blow.

Did the basics but didn't find anything wrecked or strange.
(yeah fuses are all good) (entire dash is now tore apart too)
Installed a new alt but that didn't change anything, even swapped it out just to make sure but the new one had the same results.
(is there a fuse-able link or anything)

What I did find that is odd is the in the engine bay fuse block, two of the fused had no 12v power on either side of the connection.
(blower fuse being one of them)

So I'm looking for help/hints before I go tearing into this thing anymore.

Body is good, very little rust so I'd like to save this one.

There is a relay, not sure which I'm at work, that if it's bad will not allow blower or alternator to work,it is under hood in the fuse box.

Makes sense, I'll order the relay and try it.
