How is their service?Getting ready to order a Warn winch from them.Would have gone back to winch depot but their customer service SUCKS.4WDH matched their price of 499 plus free shipping.

I ordered 60" hi lift and engine mounts for the wife on Friday and had them before 10am this morning. So not bad in my book.

I have had good luck with them when I need resto parts...but beware, some of the parts they sell are junky (mostly little niggly replacement parts like fan switches, ect).

I work there, and Ill be honest, I doubt you will be disappointed. You will get the winch a couple days, because we are in Ohio also. And our customer service, if there is any issues, is very good. Can any company make everyone happy all the time? Nope. Seriously though if you have any questions let me know.

I have had nothing but the best service from them. They are one of the companies I trust when I need something fast and need it to be right the first time I order it.

i've spent several grand with them (fiberglass tub and tons of other stuff), and haven't been disappointed. Seem to be a little slower now than they used to, but not bad. My only gripe is their shipping charges. Try not to order something little by itself, or you'll pay more in shipping than the part.

I ordered a Warn 9.5XP winch from them back in Sept. when they had their amazing instant rebates. It turns out someone else got my credit card info and my bank had a hold on the card until it was all cleared up. By that time the deal was over, but after a quick phone call to explain, they offered to honour the original rebate. In my books, that is excellent customer service! Lightning fast shipping too!!

Great company. Fast shipping, great customer service. The only thing on my Jeep that wasn't ordered from them was the gauges. Autometer phantom. They were cheaper from Summit racing. Other than that, I always order from fourwheeldrivehardware.

How far are you from there. I would take a weekend trip up there that was you can browse there scratch and dent section. There is always good things in that section of the show room. We made our usual thanksgiving trip up there again this year and had a blast. Stopped by TP tools which is just up the road for there big Christmas sale.

i needed 42" IROKs ASAP to be able to go to Tellico with my club, and they found me a set in WV, drove down, picked them up, and took them back up to their store for me to pick up the next day, pricematched a set of rims for me, and helped me out with everything and anything i needed, and i picked everything up the next day!!! best service you will find!!

Oh it's impossible to not have any bad stories, its part of the business. We are working together to make both companies better, they do certain things better than us, and we do things better, its mutual.

Thank goodness. The CS at 4Wheel Parts sucks...I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to get some knucklehead to talk to. At least that was my first and last experience with them a number of years ago.

4WD great. The only place that ships faster to me is Summit (which I get next day). CS is great. I've been to the store a couple of times....
