So what are you going to do?

Are you going for a full 38's and up buildup or are you going to build your rig for the 35's class?

Did you find out if the 35" boggers fit the 36" calipers?

I have decided to build for the Legends at erocc, and the ProRock stock class which comes to Badlands this summer. Compete the rest of this year and see what comes of it. Might regret it, might stick with it next year, dunno yet.

So basically I am selling all the stuff that I wont pass tech, 38"s, full hydro and more like the parts rig to fund some new tires and maybe an atlas.

Since ProRocks requires sidewall labeled 35"s I didn't look into the other tire options. I will just wheel with the 35 MTR's, practice, stack, and cash!

Right now my plans for mods are:
Stay with the 4" SU lift, and cut and turn the front axle to get the driveshaft up out of the way, turn the rear up and run a stock fj60 cv if needed. Add a wrap bar to the rear, since I snapped a pinion unexpectedly with a SU, add a stop to keep the rear shackles from inverting, and raise the winch above the front bumper to eliminate the cable damage caused by pinching it between rocks and the fairlead. Probably look to trim some weight, but not much since it seems to work good, and/or increase the power of the stock 2F. Maybe a cam, and mill the head, since I have a header, DUI and Fuel Injection already. If I can score an Atlas I will, cut the floor up and rotate it up into the area the gas tank occupies now, smoothing the undercarriage and adding clearance. Then just a few gliders welded into keep the spring hangers from grabbing rocks and I should be all set.

Oh, except for the windshield, wipers, and front turn signals required by ProRocks. I got all of that, just have to reinstall em.

Any constructive suggestions are appreciated, except SO. Flex is overrated in this scenerio, just look at all the deep bumpstops and limiting straps on the circuit. Besidesthe cool factor of winning with a SU!
