This, however, was exceptional...

All I ordered was a stud/washer kit for my high-steer. Probably the guys smallest, pain in the ass order all day. I called at 4:00pm yesterday and here it is today before 3:00.

I guess it's the little things in life that make me happy. I just know the dude had to drop whatever he was working on, package it up, prepare the invoice, etc. He could have easilly waited a day or so because I didn't say it was urgent... BUT HE TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS!

yea, cool guy - only guy I have had a hard time giving money too ?? I left several messages and emails and... left my cc # etc - still don't know if it was ever charged. Nothing too expensive like you but still..

I hope he did charge me or else I am feelin like a freeloadin ass :(

that guy kicks ass. I got my hydraulic clutch linkage from him. Very good customer service before and after the sale. He's obviously in it for the sport/hobby not the $.

ITs about time he updated his website. That thing was so bad I would not go there just because I couldnt find shit before..

Look at this way, You get 40 years of wheeling experience with 4 years of HTML experience. When it comes to buying parts I'll take the wheeling experience! The phone works great! :D

Yeah, he's cool! I wanted the Cruiser pittman arm and he wanted $125 for it. Told he could only get them from Toyota. I get good deals at my local Yota dealer so I asked him for the part #. I got it locally for $102! Now that's cool.:beer:

I live right around the corner from the guy and he has hooked me up on more than one occasion. Great parts and a cool guy. His son is pretty cool to (Rich), he gave me a camper for free. :flipoff2: I will mention though that Mikes driveway SUCKS!
