Spray some ATF in the cylinders and let it sit for a day or two..then see if you can turn it..

buy a 12er of Coke. shake 8 cans and pour one can in per cylinder. then its just a matter of jiggling the thingy until it moves.

if if is surely seized from rust between the pistonrings and piston walls, you need to pull the plugs and fill the cyls with CRC. that will break up any rust. let that crap sit there for a week or two. i used this method on my 65 mustang which froze up from sitting in a barn for 20 years and it runs like a champ now.

if its seized between a main and a rod, ( like my 345 was), i broke the engine down to a short block, hooked up the biggest marine battery i had to the starter, and cranked it till the rod broke loose. (previous owner decided to test how long the scout could take a hill climb with no oil. bright guy.

hth.
good luck.
