setup is a th350 to np203. the tcase was fallin out of gear and if i hold it in gear to move it, it makes a strange noise. no noise if it's rolling under gravity. yesterday i put a different shifter on the 203 and adjusted the linkages correctly. the tcase doesn't fall out of gear anymore but it seems like the tranny is and it's still making the noise. i can put it in drive, move the truck then stop but when i try to go again, it's like it's in neutral. any ideas? the noise isn't exactly a grinding but it's the best description i can come up with. thanks
