Looks like a reasonably inexpensive option for a rail although it hangs down a bit lower than if S&W had just made a proper rail to start with. Anyone have experience with one of these?

The gun is available at any gun shop. The rail adapter can be purchased on the linked website, or one of their dealers. I haven't googled yet to see who sells them. I do know that Midway carries it but doesn't have it in stock. Dealer price is $8.99 (love that C&R).

Don't know where Newman got his. I got mine at Cabela's. $300 minus a $70 dollar discount for putting $300 on my Cabela's Visa. Then the $50 rebate and two free magazines. I just got the check on Tuesday, haven't seen the mags yet.
