Year 81 CJ5. eng. 258 with comp cam rebuilt 3 years ago. About 3K miles, Webber carb,(needs tuning) double outlet header, mean green starter, All smog equipment is removed. Reg in ME.
stock A176 trans (sometimes hard to downshift into 2nd) w/D300 case w/twin stick
waggy 44 front w/410 and Detroit easy locker warn hubs stock shafts
hp 44 rear waggy width w/410 and spool stock shafts
both axles were built by shop before install
cage tide, 22 gal tank.
33" Dunlop mud rovers w/2 BFG spare muds tires good tread
4" sua lift, one inch body
High angle CV rear shaft
Ramsey 9000 winch
Rock gear soft top. But the top has about 1" gap by drivers door after cage install. Needs a new muffler. Front fenders are a little beat up some rust on passenger fender. Needs front shocks installed. Has DW at about 35 mph. Has current ME registration , will not pass smog being sold as an OHV
I've only wheeled it a few times since the axle swap, I just lost interest in it. (picked up a toyota)

why the DW? how does it run? street legal?

I think it's the caster being off. It's at about 1* now. It runs great.
