Just sold my TJ and still have the soft top. It's the Best Top "half top" soft top. Cover's the driver and passenger, then has a back window, and then a deck cover over the rear seats. I know these retail over $400 and I only used mine over this past summer. The top completely seals like a normal soft top, no air gaps or anything.
