Use the photo editing software that came with your Windows. Or, I've been using an ancient version of LView Pro, which is shareware from the 90's!!

Still small. Those are showing as 160x120. you can go 640x480 with no problems.

Are you using the program they suggested? I'm not familiar with it so I don't have a suggestion, just wondering.

Chassis seems really high. Have you just tacked that in? I think 2-4 inches above the frame rails is a standard. Mine is two 2x4s layed flat on top of the frame rail. In hindsight I should have been a little higher. Since I am 6'2"

I can appriciate that your not intending to compete but it's going to look goofy with all the tubework setting that high above the frame. Have you mounted the seats yet?

This is what I would if I were you. Get the engine and drivetrain mounted where you want it. It looks like you still have the stock crossmember. Get rid of that, move your engine back at least 4" and go for close to a flat belly as you can. Mount your seats as far out as you can without them sticking out the sides of the cage, and as low as you can without hitting the T-case especially on the passenger side. Then put the cage in place so its a few inches over your head. Spend a lot of time mocking it up before you burn it in. Save a bunch of the finish welding for last.
It looks to me like your in too much of a hurry to get the cage mounted. Slow down and think it all out.

Hell no, he gets mad props for finally getting the picture to post!!!!

....and the infamous pedal mount photo was blurry, IIRC!

Callaway, I'm 6'-6", and trying to get it all to fit with the bottom of the cage tubes 1" above the top of the framerails. Also consider that your visibility is going to suck with the top rail at shoulder height!!!

This is just a little tough love from the experts. They do know what theyre talking about. If youre over 6' Start at 1" above frame and move it up untill its comfortable. Where you have it now you may end up with 1' of clearance above your melon, thats way too much. If you need any advise on building just ask. But you can also find a lot of good info in other buidups listed in the faq.

Sorry you guys dont like it but it works for me. Oh, and the bench seat out of that 1978 F-250 camper special fits just fine.

It's not that I don't like it. Just trying to pass on a little advice based on what I learned building mine.

I thank you all for the advice and have no doubt that you guys know more about this stuff than I do. But, I know where the bottom of my ass is and where the top of my head is and I kind of like the clearance. later on down the road if it dont work out and I feel like I need to be cramped up in the driver seat, I'll cut it up and build another one.
