Sounds expensive.......

I would personally do at least a D44 for the front axle and no body lift.

well its a "package deal". why would you go for the dana 44 instead of the 30? and why no body lift?

body lifts bring the gay, if your going to spend the time and sas your truck you shouldn't waste your time with D30. D44 are stronger.

With the body lift your going to have way too much lift for just 35's.

If you do spring over with 4" Superlift leafs the rear is going to be higher than the front. Just do spring over and retain your stock leaf pack.

You're going to blow up that D30 with 35's unless your Explorer is a pavement queen.

I'd do a bit more research before you go and spend all the money on those parts.

Here's a link to the Explorer forum SAS threads:http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=63

You can get some ideas from what others have done and there's a few builds on there that are very similar to what you want to do. Do a search on screen name: Jefe. He used RE arms and a D44 housing that he had set up for a Jeep TJ and then made his own integrated tranny x-member, skid plate with link mounts. He used 14" coilovers up front and custom leaf pack in the rear where it sat with about 7" of lift on 35's.

I did a similar set up on my Ranger but I made my own version of the RE links and made an axle truss with upper link mounts attatched to it. This is on a D44 which is the smallest axle i'd use if it were me. That D30 won't survive long if you plan on doing any real wheelin'.

EDIT: your last post showed that it's a vehicle for sale, I thought you were going to use this in a build up:shaking:

1.Do a D44
2. with 35's do 4.88's or 5.13's
3. lose the BL, if you want to go higher, look into 10" springs
