I'm selling my crawler that I've owned for the last three years...
First, let me explain why, then I'll tell you as much as I can about it. The ONLY reason I'm selling this is because I have a wife and 2 kids. We all enjoy the outdoors and camping, but with my crawler, it's just my wife and I or a friend and I, I can never have more than 1 passenger. So, I'm going to sell this and build a Cherokee to wheel so we can all go as a family, or with other couples that enjoy the outdoors as well. Ok, that's out of the way, lol. Here's what she has...
A good friend of mine did all the fabrication, if you only knew this guy, you would understand the time and perfection that went into EVERYTHING on this Jeep. He is THE ultimate perfectionist.
*Custom handmade frame 1/4" tube steel
*Custom stainless EVERYWHERE. (He's a stainless fabricator by trade) a short list of the stainless parts include, steering wheel, steering column, dash, seat frames, trans shifter, tool box, entire rear end of body, boxed brake light housings, spare tire carrier, peened roof panels, rear anti-wrap bar, transfer case skid plate, shackles, winch mounting plates, engine and trans mounts, etc... The list just goes on and on
*Dana 60 rear end with 5.13's welded, Dana 44 with 5.13's front axle, Warn manual hubs with Detroit Locker (Drivetrain out of a 1 ton 76 Jeep J20)
*Dana 300 T-case with twin shifters
*Woody front and rear driveshafts
*AMC 360 with Edlebrock Performer Package. Engine was built by Don's Machine Shop in Kenosha WI. Has less than 40 hours run time
*Full cage, seats tied into cage
*Custom Stainless exhaust, pipes muffler, tailpipe. Sounds awesome!
*35" Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radials (Could fit any size tire you want, there's plenty of clearance)
I had the Jeep professionally appraised when I purchased it to take out a loan, and he appraised it "Not a penny less than $20,000" that's a direct quote.
I could go on, but trying to describe it in type form is difficult. This Jeep really needs to be seen in person to do it justice.
Runs great, in 2wd low, it will lift the left front tire about a foot off of the ground...
Email me for more photo's or video of it running and crawling, if you are serious about purchasing it.
Thanks for taking the time to check it out.
I'm asking a very reasonable $8500.00 o.b.o, price is negotiable. I would be willing to help deliver it depending on location and so forth, get a hold of me, and we can figure it out.
Thanks again,
Mark
