Anyone wheeling the con july 6 or 7? I'm heading down from Vancouver to Lake Tahoe South shore july 1-8 to visit my girlfriend and her parents.
I was wondering if anyone was wheeling the con that weekend and had room for 2 passengers?? I can't imagine being that close to it and not actually getting to see the con.
Not to often a boy from Vancouver gets to see what all the fuss is about.

Drive to Loon lake and start walking in. You can hitch a ride or at least hang out at the GateKeeper and laugh at the morons who cant make it through.
I will probably be up there that weekend (along with 5000 other people) but not sure where or when.

Seriously though, how far is it from South Shore to The Trail? Can we get anywhere close with a stupid Ford Aero star?
I don't have a problem walking, i just think it would be damn cool to see it.

You'll see more from the Loon lake side so drive the Aerostar around too loon it's probably about 1 1/2 hour from Southshore to the begining of the trail park at the bottom of the dam next to all the other trailers, if you can find a spot, from there its an easy walk to the Gatekeeper maybe 1/4 mile you should easily be able to find a ride farther in from there, that weekend will be packed,. I'll be up there but I don't know when or were and what time but If I see you two walking I will give you a lift you'll just have to sit next to my Doberman in the back
A cooler full of cold :beer: will most likely get you a ride. :D
