I was wondering if anyone had any 4x parts drawn out on Solidworks. I was looking for a coilover or an axle but anything will do. I have little time to do them.

Thanks

Curious, how much are you guys paying for a Solidworks license or package? It looks like a good tool to me, with less of a learning curve than Pro-E or some of the other high-$ packages.

Is there a student or feature-reduced version?

Can you e-mail me the iges files??

Solidworks students can buy a full version for $300

The iges files would be un-intellegent models. I would build models in native solidworks.

I have not tried it but from what I understand, solidworks can import a file and make asumptions to try and make it parametric (intelligent). I was a little hasty to say iges, I think its actually a different format.... Then its just up to the user to go in and fix the fumbles (easy enough).
