Im looking at doing a sas on the front using the sd axles which would be leaf springs but im having problems with setting up the rear. I want to convert the rear to the 10.5 aswell but they are all for leaf springs. What im trying to find out if there is anybody that has switched the rear to a leaf spring set-up. The rear frame is different than an F-150 so i cant just swap the perches out. Thanks for any input............

What year would this Expedition? I'm assuming that for all this trouble it is an independent rear year. In that case, go buy a Superduty. And you apparently have the skill to hang this Dana 50 or 60 in the front but cant fab up some crossmembers and spring perches for the the rear?
