Common courtesy in any deal would require you to communicate a decision to me, either way. It's totally understandable that a certain deal does not work for you. A response to the last email would have been considerate be it a yes or a no, as our negotiations and your hesitation cost me the sale of my tires. Thanks for wasting my time.
