I just wanted to say thanx to Kurt and all of the guys and gals helping out FOE. Who ever shared the press release did a great job. I was surprised to find it on on Interco Tire's site. Great work guys!

Just FYI...

It is WAY cool that Interco posted that on their website. I have had some contact with the Interco marketing person....

I went to them asking for some help with FOE, much the same as BFG has done for another "friends of" group. I was told that despite the general perception they are still a very small company and do not have the funds to help out really...

That's understandable, I was just looking for stickers, a banner maybe, help with T-shirts, a plug on thier webpage or in thier literature etc....Just to show that a 4x4 corporation like them SUPPORTED keeping our trails and forests in shape.

After the intial contact, I have heard NOTHING from Interco. Thats why it was kinda surprizing being on thier website...if they would just sent me a few thing thier names would have been in the press release as a sponsor. SPONSORS SUCH AS INTERCO LEND US CREDIBILITY!!!!

I REALLY want to work with them or with any other 4x4 company that can help in ANY way.

One advantage we have is me writing for CRAWL and occasionally for Pirate, I can give companies exposure, esp. in CA if they can support us.

And by support, I am willing to take what-ever they can pass down.
