I have a full cord of wood here at the house, but it's a lot more than I can carry with my truck. Is there any way to get the dump truck to swing by my house on the way? I am about 90 minutes from the hammers in Hemet.

I checked the mileage. To send a dumptruck from Adelanto to Hemet to the Hammers and back to Adelanto Would be 226 miles. You could buy a cord of wood for what that would cost.
Just pile as much as you can on there. If everyone does the same, we'll have enough!

I will be bringing lots-o-wood. Big wooden cable reels, pallets, and various scraps. I will search out more to fulfill the "burning man" concept that was mentioned. It won't be a dump truck load though.

Why don't ya just go cut it? Takes me 15 minutes to cut split and load a rick in my jap. Course I cut wood for a livvin so that might take a lil longer

If I show, I have a trailer, and can get some benders to cut some old trees I got for wood.

I got a pallet, it has several ounces of gear oil soaking into the wood as we speak...
Is gear oil flamable? If so, can you say accelerant?
