looks like you have a problem, if no one carries an assortment of fittings for you to find the right one, then they wont have it if someone tells you what size it is.
seems like you could use brass barb fittings from home depot, brass is softer than cast and will thread itself in if you get it started a couple threads, this is a common fix on axle breathers.

if someone knows the size i can get it ordered.
manafree sells this, it's a AN-pipe adapter (?) and then a piece of flexhose. just thought someone on here would of done this themselves since it's a common cruiser problem.

I took a couple of the later style fill plugs, and drilled them for a 1/8" pipe tap. tapped the hole and commected them with a couple of 3/8's nipples and a piece of hose, doubt if you find a metric fitting already with the nipple, unless you order the MAF kit,,,,,,,,,I've still got that setup somewhere..........just don't ask me to try and locate it!!

well it's a 18x1.5(or1, can't remember) fitting. got them to 6An from aeroquip and then had a hydraulic hose made to connect the two together. by the time all the fittings and hose was bought it was 50 bucks, same price as man-a-fre but i'm sure better quality.
