so i'm trying to put the soft top on today for the first time since i got this thing. the top was balled up in the back seat.

it appears to be complete. i'm having some trouble though..

the rear bow appears to be adjustable in length but i don't have any way to lock it into the extended position so that the rear top edge of the soft top is high enough.

anyone have some pictures so i can see if there's a piece i'm missing or if i have it installed incorrectly? i have a couple of metal rods i don't know that to do with . i think they go vertical just behind the doors...

Make sure you put your top on in a warm environment. Putting tops on in the cold is a PITA and sometimes you end up rippen it up at the zipper seams.

So put your jeep in a garage/crank the heat up/install the top when its nice and warm in the garage(at least 70 degrees). You can try using a hair dryer in some areas or a butane space heater as well.
