not without big wheel spacers and 5" offset rim...... so no 15's won't fit!!

I think the brakes are too big as well. When we purchased the 17" Walker Evans wheels for our FJC, we ordered them from All Pro, specifically because Walker makes them special to fit the FJC for All Pro. Not even every 17" wheel fits properly. My guess is, that because of the big brakes, there is NO WAY a 15" wheel will work.

They will fit on the rear, but not the front. The front calipers are too BIG. I ran 16" wheels and they barely cleared the calipers.

That's would be a good look. Very "cholo" indeed.

I don't think ANY 15" rim will get around the front OR rear rotor and caliper.

SOME 16" rims will fit around the outside diameter of the rotors and calipers, but typically these are STEEL and not alloy, because steel rims can be much thinner. The inside diameter of an alloy rim is significantly smaller.

Of the 16" rims that will clear around the DIAMETER of the brakes, not all will clear the laterally protruding front calipers which stick out MUCH farther than the wheel mounting surface. The back brakes are inset much further than the front ones. An almost flat-backed rim will fit on the rear wheel mounting surface.

In the front, the spoke plate of the wheel has to be dished inward at the center to reach around the calipers and sit flush to the hub. If there is insufficient inset at the center, a wheel spacer needs to be used (or a different design of rim). This is NOT a dimension that is expressed in the standard designations of diameter/width/backspace(offset). I've seen some describe this quality of rims (that they reach around protruding calipers) as "X-factor".

Many rims are advertized as being "designed for today's larger brakes". If you see this, it's a clue that this wheel is a candidate for proper fitment on the FJ Cruiser.

TRD Alloys are 16", and are factory on the TRD edition. They fit.

There are several 16" alloys that fit... many more do not.
