W.E. Rock has decided that competitors must have a working winch on all comp rigs. On F-toys, you can have it anywhere on the rig, but it must have a minimum of 6k pound rating. It must be functional and able to be used for recovery.

not a problem, sounds like a good rule if there is such a thing.
