Replaced front rotors, calipers twice, brake lines, had rears checked tightened, did use a Lukes link on the trac-panhard bar to replace the tie rod, and still pulls to the left when braking. Dealership looked at it and had good pressure on all 4 corners. Any more ideas?? Not sure if it could be the master cylinder- dealer had no way to check the pressure coming off of it.
Thanks

What about the ABS controller? Might be causing a slight block on the right side causing it to pull to the left. Just a suggestion.

Replacing the ABS controller sounds a little pricey and not sure how easy it would be to do. Anyone replace one before??
Thanks

There is a 20 page tsb for brake pull on those trucks...it has nothing to do with abs;)
Take the pads from the left side, and put them on the right, and see what happens...also, what started this...progressive over time, or after a repair was made...or....
On the lower control arms, are the eccentric washers in the same location, or is one up, and one down??

Check the brake lines for obstructions or dents.

Replaced the calipers again with Fenco instead of the Cardone ones I already replaced twice but did not replace the pads this past time and will but my problem is getting better and had a good explanation from a shop in town. Some of the Reman calipers do not sit straight on the passenger side which in time would put an angle on the pads and my problem was slowly getting worse- drivers side had plenty of pad contact and passenger did not which explains the pulling. With the new calipers replaced on Sun there is a noticeable difference and will replace the pads so the make full contact. If it starts to get worse again will check all the lines. Thanks again

You might try going through the bedding process again to level out the pads. Like this:
