I have a cherokee engine (EFI, 4.0) and want to stay with an auto tranny. I went to the jeep swap page and did not get the answer I wanted. I am still new to jeeps and was wondering what tranny (auto) would best fit this engine? TIA

If you are wanting to do it without adapters stick with the cherokee auto. otherwise you can get an adapter to run a chevy tranny.
