where would be a good source for a set of headers for a 90 350 TBI in a jeep buggy? Pre-made or buy a kit for a custom fit? If the custom fit would be the best I will be taking it to a muffler shop to do the welding. The rest of the exhaust system needs to be made also, so the buggy will be going to the shop anyways. if a set of premade would be better what make or where would be the best place to go?

Sorry, but custom is the only way I can tell you to go.
What ever you do go with the "thick" flanges and the,
"expensive" gaskets.

Chevy center dump ram horns with the 2.5" collector from an early corvette work very well. They give you a nice tight fit.
