Just asking, I had to use a 5/8 where it goes through the arm. There just wasn't enough meat to drill it out to 3/4.

On the D44 knuckles as well as my drop pitman arm there was pleanty. In fact the OEM taper at the largest part was already .080

Anyone ever broke one? How long do they last and do they ever get sloppy? Also which ones, the standard or CoMoly?

I've been running the standard 3/4" teflon lined heims for three years now. I've never broken or worn one out.

On a daily drive I would use nothing less than 3 piece molly, lined or unlined is an opinion.. Up where I live, the micro fine silt from the galciers works intp everything when wheeling, the lined rod ends do not seem to last. But many other sware by um.
