nope, maybe get my axle tomorrow but will have to finish welding. if all goes as planned next week I'll be ready! Dying to try this snow!

U SUCK CLIFFY J/K I just ordered my new plasma cutter. It looks like you guys have been having fun. I am going to order my adapters from OTT before I leave asskrackistan. Keep your eyes open I need a SM420. If you can find one for a good price let me know I will have you pick it up and have the wifey give you some cash.

It is cold as crap here the highest temp in the last two weeks has been -3. I can use a SM465 as well but I like the shorter SM420 so I can have a little lower 1st gear and a little longer rear d/shaft. You will probably have more luck finding a 465. Either way the adapter will work. That is the last piece of the puzzle I have left. I gotta get my junk put back together when I get back. You up for some beer and build I need to finish a little tube work on it as well. c ya

I bet. i was in manas just before it got cold. I have spent 3 of the last 4 winters there I know how it get's SHITTY. When do you get back? Yes i bet it will be a lot easier to find the sm 465. beer and tude work sounds fun. I put my T 18A and 3.15 gears in my jeep this winter along with the 5.38s in the axle's it's fun..... I want more tire but I limited with my dana 44 up front.

looks deep, looks fun!

it was a blast. easly 2 feet deep in spots. only had to use the T-MAX 1 time.

It was 35 deg. out all day so the snow was wet that made it a little more fun. The powder is long gone. I would only go out there with a buddy or two and a winch. I'm locked front and rear and I was limited because of the wet snow.

I was out for the Hangover Run also, driving a black K5 Blazer owned by a buddy of mine. I'll have to transfer some pics that I got.

cool i remember the blazer i was out with the groupe from base we helped john and allen pull my friend buddy out when his big white blazer died on us.

It's called Blazabbit .It is a Vw rabbit pickup on a k5 blazer frame and i think

Hey i need some engine options

Cliffy you need to dump that 304- Get you small block and be done with it. I have a 383 in the shop lower end all built just needs heads. I also have a factory TBI setup w/comp. I did a nice YJ for a guy from Boise about a month before I came back over here with a 5.0 Mustang motor that could be a for real option light weight and good power. If you want some help you can bring it to the shop and we can stab the new motor in. Let me know if you need anything I don't have a whole lot of jeep stuff but small block ford and chev I do.

How recent was that irok? I have not been up to valsetz area for awhile. My father grew up there. And I spent good portion of time up there.. but so much is closed off anymore

The only problem I had at 7 mile on Saturday were all the fucking kids. The same kids that were crawling on the rocks while people were going over the rocks were the same kids that were running around the mud puddles while their parents are spinning brodies in the mud holes.

In that mud puddle, one of the rigs shot out a baseball sized rock into the side of another truck.

When you guys were stuck and I was walking around the rocks to get a better view, a kid came crawling out from UNDERNEATH a rock. I wanted to grab him, spank the shit out of him, and then give his parents a smack across the head.

I would be very upset if I saw a kid get hurt out there. Especially when the parents are too drunk to watch them. Hell, they were acting just like the kids.

where is Valsetz ???

valsetz is up above Falls City Or .i'm in dallas,it's about 15miles west of salem,and falls city is about 5miles west from me.so in total it's about 10 miles from my house.it's great only cost me about $10 to go for a day of wheelin in the snow.there ain't much area open to actual wheelin and they don't like it much,but for just going up playing in the snow it's great.
