I have done a spring over on a '84 CJ7 using full size axels. My question is ,when I build the upper front shock mounts, the static resting shock position should be where. I've heard 35% for compression, 65% for drop. I can use bump stops and limiting straps but I dont want to limit my flex too much. I have a pair of shocks off a F-250 2WD, that are 33" long and 19" short, center bushing to center bushing.
