i'm looking to buy some slightly (20-2500 miles) used 5.29's from some guy but the only problem is he doesn't know the brand. Are there any detemining markings on certain gearsets? Do genuine gears have a specific marking? The last thing I want is one of those pos.

They have a circle made from dots and a what appears to be a v in the center.
