I sat in these seats awhile ago and they rock. Should I go for the vinyl or cloth. I was leaning towards the cloth because of the heat from vinyl. These will be going in my CJ-7. Any advice or pics of seats would be appreciated. Sorry for the :rainbow: question. Theres juts too many choices on the mastercraft page.:rasta:

street legal: fabric
trailer queen: vinyl
either way, with something that pretty, you're probably gonna cover it with a trash bag if it'serious mud.

I would go with cloth, I hate the sweaty back i get from my vinyl seats at even the site of any sun.

Cloth seats dry out faster after they get wet.

I've got black cloth Matercraft Rubicon's in my 79 CJ-5. The cloth is hoseable and I'd get it agian, albeit they are expensive. I think the quality may be higher than Beard's but then again Beard's are significantly less expensive.

I bolted the Mastercraft's to my stock seat farmes and the sit higher than the stock low back seats. I would say that they seat you higher by 1 to 2 inches. I haven't measured them but I am now much too close to the cage bar above my head, the bar already has bends on both ends that raise it. . I am going to lower the seats by putting a seat frame on my roll cage.
