edit: I REALLY like this gun, this is the first Sig that has done anything for me.

The best way to describe the color is an aluminum anodized OD green. From what I've seen online about that color combo is that it is a government order overrun leftover.

The only real link I've found about this color combo was on Gunsamerica.com where it was listed as a P229/Combat OD.
